I read that the author while writing that manga: got cheated on, had a messy divorce and the main girl of the story is based on the his wife.
It made me feel sad for the guy because it's clear that his story got soured as fuck as result of his divorce.

Blue Archive might have issues with it's story telling sometimes, but I gotta admit that that the main story and the events never fail to make me smile and feel better.
The drama is not dragged on and is not the main focus either.
BA it's consistently enjoyable even after 5 years and that surprises me because most stories nowadays fall apart in the 1 or 2 year mark.
