constant distractions to keep my brain busy so that it cant think. so, either videogames that force me to stay focused, very loud music, or if im lucky and hyperfixate over something like learning a song or whatever helps. videos that ask me questions also help me to stay focused somewhat, especially if i need to fall asleep.
that or you start taking drugs.
