From all of the rock head users, Tyrantrum is the most realistic one to have this niche. Dragon types getting fire, electric, and sometimes water type coverage are a given while most other rock types get fuck all. It being a feathered bird relative makes it only one with a chance besides maybe Aerodactyl to get Brave Bird. The stars are aligned just right for it to be the swiss army knife for recoil moves and that's much better than trying to make the meme biting ability work. I'd be more worried about Rampardos actually getting rock head first over Tyrantrum getting more recoil moves
