This one is the most bizarre, because his muzzle is completely skin. What fan artists are drawing when they include tufts is basically just skin tags, which is fucking disgusting.

We've seen how SoJ depicts facial hair on skin muzzles, and it's either through giving them just normal facial hair stubble like on Paulie, or an actual white beard that covers the muzzle like on Pachacamac.
