Pay no attention to that. They always get around to fixing the error eventually. Just recently I had to lock and reorder a new credit card due to fraud. When I called them to report it the jeet girl in security accidentally nuked every authorized transaction instead of just the one I disputed. Those legitimate transactions stayed off for three months before they finally got around to fixing her mistake.
