Women can't be really manipulated, it's not something you can just do and believe me I've tried. Let's assume that you're preying on a desperate woman who wants a relationship, manipulations would by definition mean she thinks you want the same but not just sex. However to pull this off you need to be conventionally attractive enough for her to want a relationship. Therefore a man can't be a good manipulator, he's just going with the flow and lying by omission. Instead of manipulating someone you're taking advantage of their greed and the fact that they're not attracted to you but the bank account.
