Your best bet is 3D printing them. Make a blank keycap or take an stl file of one in the style you want and make it fit over the stem. Then you make it so there is a recess for whatever letter you want and once printed you can smush in 2 part epoxy putty to fill it in as a diy double shot (or triple shot if you add powder dye to a different batch of epoxy putty).
