It only sucks because you tell yourself it sucks. If you keep dreading a certain scenario and surrounding it with so many negative thoughts, you’ll end up hating it and either shying away from it entirely or at the very least not enjoying it as you do it. Imagine yourself genuinely enjoying your workouts and you’ll slowly learn to like it. Maybe you’ll even get to a point where working out just becomes second nature to you, like taking a shit or stretching after a nap. Try to associate it with a happy memory, particularly of something that made you feel like a success or at peace with the world. Also read Psycho-Cybernetics
