So you're telling me, after all that, after years of Whisper being a PTSD-ridden mess who drops everything the second she senses Mimic, the whole thing ends because the guy basically trips and falls on his own knife? What the hell was the point?

And what about Whisper? What's her future goal now? Her whole character, her whole raison d'êtr*, was avenging the Diamond Cutters. That's it. Flynn, Mr. "Everything Is Connected," failed to give her a single goddamn motivator outside of Mimic. She's not an adventurer, she has no reason to fight Eggman. What's she gonna do now?

They can't get rid of her, she's too popular. So what, she's just gonna be stapled to Tangle forever and be her sad, quiet girlfriend? We're just gonna get more issues of Tangle having to be her therapist instead of going on fun adventures? It's garbage. They wrote themselves into a corner because they were so obsessed with this one revenge plotline and now there's nothing left. Just tell me what I'm supposed to do now. Am I supposed to be happy? Mad? What is this?
