I kind of assume Ninetales won't use fire moves, so I go for Flame Charge... right into the Flash Fire. Luckily, the Ninetales goes for Ember, causing Steam Engine to max out Punky's speed despite me being an idiot.
Meteor Beam starts to charge, powering up Punky's Special Attack, as Ninetales uses Fire Spin. Meteor Beam hits, oneshotting Ninetales.
