Reines' character is heavily about her distrust of others because after Kayneth died, she was the target for assassination attempts from her own family (this was part of her motivation to recruit Waver in the first place) and how basically the only exception to this is Waver and Gray who she trusts and cares about personally. In Grand Order, Master gets added to this little personal circle of trust for her if you think about how she acts (namely that she enjoys bullying you - she doesn't do that to everyone, she only does it to Waver and (you), basically). At the very least I would say that even just officially, Master is quite an important person to Reines.

Beyond that I think their dynamic is interesting. As someone about Masters age (general assumption is that Master is around 17 to 19, while Reines is 15) but with Reines having a "mentor" role to Master, and both being of somewhat normal, modern origins, I think they'd form a fairly unique bond that Master might not have with a lot of other servants.

Her Bond 10 Arcade dialogue specifically has Master respond to her saying that he finds the praise she gives him as part of her "carrot and stick treatment" to be 'an exceptionally sweet carrot', essentially saying that he is really happy when he receives praise from her.

Getting into my own little fantasies here, but I like the idea that after all is said and done and everything is resolved and the world is back to normal, Master might go the Mages Association in London, and I think if so, he'd inevitably meet Waver and Reines and perhaps we'd get to see a Reines in her mid to late 20s, probably still working Waver to the bone even though she's long since been of age to take over the El-Melloi title.

Also I just like her a lot myself.
