Imperial agents is the faction with the worst ratio of units and characters that exist in lore but aren't represented on the tabletop. But imma be nice and pick emperor's children because they are by far the chaos legion with the most wasted potential in general and the lack of sonic dreadnoughts or the like gave a sour taste in my mouth. In a fair world I would pick world eaters but most of the content and fans I see of them online give very heavy 'my girlfriend cheated on me so now I will bodybuild fuck everyone I need to get stronger' vibes.
