I haven't seen anything indicating it's a ride or motion theater. It's listed as an amphitheater and "event space". They never actually rolled out the Celestial entertainment as it was pulled before TMs even were allowed access. They could be reincorporating all of that into the stage show. Which, if you know the history of Universal, will quickly be abandoned before turning into an BMX show.
