This does what the Genius perk does, but better, for the cost of a really minor drawback. You could swap the effects of Genius 2 (which doesn't make you smarter) with GGES's effect, maybe.

>Human magic
Making it so anybody could take calculation magic was good, making it humans-only again puts everyone else trying to break into support magic into a really awkward spot. If you want to keep it restricted, slapping a small point tax on it would be enough.

Ball Lightning reads like a racial unique but doesn't have the "can only be used by raiju" text.
I still don't like this section but I don't know how to improve it so just ignore me.

>Werebeasts
Shouldn't Were-a-Saurs require Ancient Werebeast?

>Dragons
These guys are fucked out of customization lmao, and it gets way worse with Heavenly Dragons having 4 points left over for anything at best. Give these guys like 6 free perks, let them pick two of them, or smth like that.
Also, HDs don't have the 'elemental magic' thing from the previous draft, which means they don't have the cheat powers and just have boosted elements for ten points.

>Hybrid
You pay points to... cripple yourself. You can already pick up one unique option from another race with Multitasker 2, and it'd be cheaper too (1+2 for a 2 cost, vs 2+2 for a 2 cost).
If it's already a borderline drawback option that fucks up your growth, it probably shouldn't cost anything.
