The bit of Knuckles saying "hmm if you think about it isn't it actually not very feminist to draw attention to being a girl into sports instead of treating it as normal?" like a Ctrl+Alt+Del character is just a less funny, joke-explaining stolen version of the "Flanders reacting to Lisa making a big deal about playing football" joke and I'm like 100% sure the writer had it in mind at least subconsciously. The original joke was funny because Flanders wasn't even trying to do an own, he was completely oblivious.
