No human being has ever spoken like Shakespeare dialogue ever, not even in Shakespeare's time. It is an intentional artistic and stylistic choice to write it like that, and they use iambic pentameter and poetry as the basis.
If you read poems from the era, Shakespeare's dialogue sounds similar.
Early modern English is mostly understandable, only with non-standard grammar and spelling.
