The most evil woman mon is Lilithmon without question. She's the Demon Lord of Lust, her entire schtick is enticing people towards vice and hedonism before throwing them away after she has her fun. By her nature she utterly despises any type of virtue and lashes out at goodness. Her signature attack is slowly burning a Digimon to death bit by bit, usually starting from their extremities. Some instances even give her the ability to prevent a Digimon from reincarnating entirely by consuming their data.
