Maebashi Witches was the only show I watched the day it aired for the whole season. It was entertaining, if nothing else. I'm not sure why Sunrise did that.
Gquuuuux was a mess that needed more episodes, but at least even its state as a collection of half-finished ideas feels like a callback to the original series. I think it's better than some people give it credit for, but also worse than some people claim.
Apocalypse Hotel was a refreshing original series, well-done and realized existential gags. I wish it had leaned more into one or the other, but I don't mind getting both.
Ninkoro reminded me that SHAFT is still capable of a well directed and animated comedy series. It made me feel young again. I hope people watching it as their first series from the studio find their other comedy works. If CITY is good, maybe we'll have some good old fashioned studio wars again.
Mono and Zatsu Tabi were the exact same show. The latter was just honest about it at least. I like that sort of tourism show, so I don't mind.
Rock wa Lady needed more drama or something to hook me. It felt like the death knell of band girl anime (Bandori, GBC, BTR) - a cheap and half-assed copy of what made this modern trend popular. The music was good, but that and yuribait are not enough to carry you here. There are big shoes to fill.

Everything else was dropped. I dont care about shonenshit or isekai or sequels or regular adaptations. HibiMeshi was probably great but I was busy.
