If someone goes to xhamster and sees that they have to upload a picture of their government ID, they won't just decide to stop watching porn. They'll go to a mirror website, or a totally different porn site, or straight to those other websites you don't care about to find what they want. This will do nothing to actually make anyone safer and simply give world governments more control over their people
