Not yet, but as of Issue#10 it's possible that Absolute Bruce gained super strength since he survived the Venom experiments. We see a bunch of green veins surrounding Bruce's body, and he destroys a concrete wall by running through it. He kinda needs an upgrade since his rogues are horrific meta-humans and he doesn't have the funds or resources needed to make the gadgets to keep up. Absolute Batman is what you'd get if you mixed the insanity of Baki with Batman, and I like it. It's fun.
