I didn't think much about Pale Heart being "solo" patrol space, as I chalked it up to the narrative and thematic reasons, but now that Kepler is also another solo patrol zone, I can't help but wonder if it's just some kind of nefarious decision motivated by server-cost savings.

I try to do so yeah but I meant for other people I've met once or twice at meetups and added, and may have forgotten about, like hell you could even be one of them (which I don't think so but if we do, please let me know and I'll keep it on mind for next tine).
