sometimes at the gym I dump out one of the big 55 gallon trash cans and take it in the locker room. my gym has one of these ice machines in it by the water fountains and I'll fucking use 75% of the total ice in the machine. Fill it as much as reasonable without taking all of the ice. Then I drag it over to the showers and fill it with cold water. I'll sit in there submerged to my nostrils for a few hours sometimes
also yes I take the trash bag out to the dumpster, I don't just leave it on the ground like an autist. They always have a spare trash bag in the bottom so I put one back in after i'm done. No ones said anything to me about it yet and the staff seem to be used to it.
