Central planning and government spending are the same thing. The democratic process of scrutiny within government spending can and have been overlooked in many different situations. Market corrections are driven by utopian ideals, the line between what is considered to be market failures that have to be corrected and central planning keep becoming more and more blurred. This is what the socialists don't want you to know.
