1. this is a hard and fast rule
2. that zoro and sanji wouldn’t just get stronger if it were
no one ever made this argument for characters much stronger than zoro or in sanji’s case, characters with conqueror’s haki like yamato, kinnemon, usopp, wyper, law, etc
