I went with 0m dama, reason being that with the pei ankou+tanki tsumo the hand is bumped up to 40 fu, which is enough to win the game outright. There are also improvements for the souzu shape, though the dropped 1s makes ittsu rather difficult.
Riichi on either one didn't feel very appealing to me, considering there's a high chance of a 4th place accident if someone chases/pushes regardless
