She actually canonically has pretty decent booba, according to original Dragon Magazine novel art and two official video games that came out in 1994 (Slayers for PC-98 and THE Slayers for Super Famicom), both of which used novel as the basis, not onemoo, because onemoo didn't exist yet back then (it was released in 1995). Here's prime example of pre-onemoo period's Lina's body/looks (this matches her depictions in the vanilla novels):
