I played around with that idea in my head like a year ago.
>No employee may make more than 10x what the lowest paid employee makes (this includes executives/owners)
>No business/corporation/etc. may make more than a 30% profit margin
>Any profits in excess of 30% are to be equally distributed to all employees as an end of year bonus, including employees that were """let go""" during that year
>No income tax, only a flat sales tax
