Hey don't look at me, it's Hyuse who ranks him as mid-B rank as a solo fighter. I imagine it's just that in rank wars a gunner will usually fall into a support role. Zoe and Yuba were both notable for regularly scoring points as gunners, after all.
Even as a gunner Waka is obviously scoring less than would be expected, though. Honestly now that I think about it Miura isn't getting enough shit for also barely scoring despite being an attacker.
