>get Super Creek or Fine Motion from the 2x guaranteed SSR scout pulls (super creek is better)
>look up you fave waifu uma
>do a 10 pull on horse banner, if you don't get it then reroll
then just play the game, playable without other cards, then blow it all on Kitasen banner when it comes out. (2days)

You get another SSR scout pull later, and you can get 2x Stamina SSR cards for free from doing the story. Join a club asap when its available to you, that has a decent amount of people and start donating shoes or sending your own donation requests. You'll get 100 club points in like a day to LB1 a stam card.

With the 10 horse pull you'll also have other umas to keep you busy until the banner.
Look at top 100 club rankings, click show members and follow whatever whalepig that has a card you'ld want to borrow.
