▶SKVP cUAS radar update

It's still four panels on a scissor lift, but now:

1. The truck chassis is different
2. The panels are actual radar panels

Previously they presented this with an impossibly flat panel, which looked extremely fake, like a pinboard for hanging conference posters on.
