It is, outsourced sweatshop animation doesn't suddenly make something like the Simpsons anime because a team of 200 koreans were paid to animate it. Western franchise through and through. There have been times where the japs made some of it (armada and the mtg cards aren't using the armada designs) but it's a pure western cartoon to the core.
