no, the cabs are just old. parts are failing and you can't tell what part because there's no error messages for hardware failure aside from a generic one for the main I/O board, i saw a blog from a person fixing them and i think it boiled down to checking every part individually for damage. so pripara is stuck on divine live 06 forever
meanwhile china's cabs are fully operational and have about 8 unused, fully playable and mostly translated including voice dubs updates. considering they not only have the anime fully dubbed but also might be getting a second dub (tl;dr IP rights got bought by another production company) at some point + all the merch they've been getting recently it's weird that they won't update it
