I can see him banging Elizabeth after being beaten up by the things she summons from other universes and escaping from the city. I guess Johnny would just bumble his way through the story and win thanks to his himbo strength and tomfoolery, him "accidentally" throwing people off the city would be a running joke. Imagine the silly cartoon shit Johnny would do with vigors.
