Had a wet dream a couple days ago and I was, no joke, whacking it to porn IN the dream. Came to concious awareness too late.
Urges were super tough the following day, but I think that was the design of the attack. Staying strong partially because this incident showed me just how truly insidious this addiction is. Took away some more strategy though, which should be gotten from every failure. Treat it like vidya. Try again armed with new knowledge.
