Yes. Pretty kino, huh? I'm under the assumption that with glacial augment you can turn the (W)QE combo into a 3k+ dmg true combo.
Add to that the Q removing both armor and mr% by 20%, both Q and E dealing magic damage so being tied to magic pen, and you can pretty much 100-0 anyone. I was like 4 items, you can go much higher numbers than that.
Still need more testing but it looks unbalanced...

It's abyss elo, your teammates will int, always, because they barely understand how the game works, they don't have the slightest fundamentals. As such, playing your role perfectly will avail to naught. The only way to increase winrate in such a low elo is to play very high scaling champs, scaling so hard it doesn't matter what happens in the game, and pick favourable fights left and right. It's unfair and frustrating and nobody will admit it because it's the rule of oblivious crabs in a bucket, but the rules in this elo are completely different.
