I fully expected this kinda 'retroactive' development and yeah, I'm very disappointed. In the end, it feels like an entirely different character got the development this patch while "Phainon" only remains in the concept of his friendship with TB (which was also underdeveloped, kek). Afterall that's the only thing that separates the two. But whatever. Expy slop was always gonna be slop.
