I can fight every boss except 2 in Sekiro by running into their face and abiding to the rock-paper-scissor mechanics, but you can't dodge Gael without accounting to where he will linger with area of effect attacks, explosions, homing projectiles, way of the white corona spells and attacks with the cape which exists to extend the attack frames to be longer than dodge iframes. You know that too because you direction your dodges properly and know to avoid his explosion and lightning, you are just insanely butthurt at the game and using tired armchair developer argument like "muh iframes".
