Here's an idea: Isekaiphobia

Basically the aftermath of a story similar to Japan Summons, only it is the conclusion Japan returns; the heroes being the Japanese citizens, the JSDF and foreigners vacationing or working there have returned after saving an alternate world from evil and restoring peace to their world they were spirited back. but not all is well with some of it's citizens, half of them have some PTSD, and some blues about being back some of them have even gotten a new type of agoraphobia fearing they would vanish into another world again. the foreigners have it worse, they now fear going to Japan worried they will get isekaid again, some of them have even gone full emo with Hot Topic clothes and punk music, worst of all some of them have fears of trucks. Because it has hurt the tourism business and the morale of the Japanese citizens, even those that have returned to their respective nations morale went low, new precautions are taking place with the help of the UN and have concluded the new hysteria which psychologists call Isekaiphobia the fearing of getting spirited away to another world or getting isekaied. Other signs include separation anxiety, fear of bathtubs and fear of trucks now dubbed truckophobia. It is both a comedy and psychological thriller focusing on a different characters exploring the effects of getting sent to a fantasy world, giving it an anthology like narrative. The occurring characters include doctors and scientists similar to Ritsuko and Misato from Evangelion, a doctor similar to Bill Pullman's character from Casper and a character similar to Ben Stein.
