Don't try to rationalise or use logic with a woman. They want to be reached at an emotional level, to FEEL like someone understands their frustration. They dont care about the truth or objective reality,especially at the height of a disagreement. Of course doing this means abandoning all sense of reasoning yourself, but the trick is to do it in such a way where you're still being firm . Also don't engage with her when shes cranky, let her cool abit. Believe it or not she will reflect on her own behaviour just a SMALL bit even if she wont admit it (despite what /pol/ will tell you this DOES happen). If you think shes being childish I find it useful to use words like "disappointed" and "expected better" when she spergs out, almost like you were a father talking down - this makes her question her own behaviour abit. Its very important you keep your cool yourself though and not give her a reason to give up her own doubts about herself.

Keep cool. Be the adult. Don't give her excuses. Remember you're dealing with a child.
