Tweaked my lower back saturday, luckily it appears to be very minor. I'm gonna be back at the gym on Friday.
Dunno why I was doing MTWxFSx, that had me at the gym on 4/5 weeknights when it's packed. I'm going to be doing FxSuxTxx for the next few weeks so that I avoid most of the after-work rush.

If you managed 285x9 for an AMRAP (~355 e1RM) but you haven't been doing heavy triples/doubles/singles what would you guess my actual bench 1RM is? I'm going to guess it's around 330
