The miniseries had plenty of stuff like that. Like the stuff with Henry Bowers in the miniseries is way dumber than the movies. Like they do the most boring description of something happening a lot of the time like the Pennywise is the moon thing.

He's actually just a giant spider in the book because that's the only physical form they can comprehend. I think it's weird to make some complicated design for something you have a cosmic mind battle with.
