I added the missing colors with paint, removed a few seam lines with plastic cement (mainly on the sleeves and the shimenawa), added shading to deep recesses with 'real touch' gundam markers, and I also sanded a lot of the surfaces down with a sanding sponge to get rid of the glossy surface.

I think I put one of the sleeve decals upside down, but brute forced it and it tore a little.
I also didn't really put any extra work into the staff besides giving the shaft a few lines around those protruding details.
