This guy is right, 50 years ago, most white countries didn't have mass migration, GDP was much lower, as was productivity, technological development, digitalization, etc. yet still even low level jobs were paid well to the point that any retard who barely graduated highschool could afford a family with a stay at home wife and two kids, a house, and a car as long as he worked a full time job and didn't drink or gamble away all his money.
Now, 5 decades later, with cheap immigrant labour, all the tech development, the digitalization, the improvements to productivity, the rise in GDP all the shit that (((economists))) say is good for the economy... and the average american has it fucking worse?! WTF?
Like, the entire reason most countries gave corporations the easy tax loophole where they can reinvest their money into R&D before being counted as profits they have to pay taxes on was the promise that through more R&D, and the increase in productivity and efficiency, that in the end everything will get better for everyone and everyone will be richer, "the 'pie' growing"
Thats just not the fucking case.
Truckdrivers, non-supervisory worker-grunts in Wholesale trade, or mining, or construction should/would be getting between $60-$90 per hour if wages kept up with inflation over the last 5 decades.
Why the fuck was this possible 5 decades ago, but today it it isn't and most of those low level grunts are now living paycheck to paycheck in some rentoid shoebox.
