I would do it the same way the North Vietnamese did after the Tet Offensive. I would let political forces build against Israel in the West while keeping the heat on the IDF in small ambushes and the like. Make the Israelis paranoid and sperg out against civilians so that they become economically and diplomatically isolated faster. Of course this strategy will still take another decade or 2 because of the vicegrip AIPAC has on America, but once the dam breaks, you're going to start seeing people like Zorhan Mamdani getting elected as senators and appointed to important committees. Then it's just a hop away from the US declining to veto sanctions against Israel in the security council and it really is joever for them.
