I would do it the same way the North Vietnamese did after the Tet Offensive. I would let political forces build against Israel in the West while keeping the heat on the IDF in small ambushes and the like. Make the Israelis paranoid and sperg out against civilians so that they become economically and diplomatically isolated faster. That's mainly a factor that even western academics tend to view Vietnam in a very US-Centric light.
