The number of video games actually set in Iraq as opposed to some doppelgänger country can be counted with the fingers on my hand. The only one really worth noting is Six Days in Fallujah. Keep in mind they Syrian Civil War was longer and even deadlier than Iraq and the closest it's ever gotten to a portrayal in video games has been Urzikstan from MW2019. The Yugoslav Wars didn't even warrant any video games to my knowledge.
Also at least a couple of books have already been written, mainly foreign policy experts expounding how the war started and why Russia is so fucking bad at it.
