The B1 Battle Droids were weak but cheap to make but had bad CPUs thats it. They were simply good enough to deploy on mass but due to their constraints they lacked.

The CIS had better droids smarter, faster, deadlier but were expensive to produce. BX commando droids and magna guards were the best they had. However, the IG series were straight up assassin droids mostly one offs made to kill and had power processors for the job
