F4 is the superior game outside of eventual story. Even it was good. NV is the best game. But F4 is close with its customisation and modernisation. The story of NV is great and so is 3. 3 was clunky and green graphics making it a real slog. 4 has really great features, customisation, and decent lore. You may be right 10 years from now, but Morrowind, Oblivion (to a much lesser extent), Skyrim, New Vegas, and even Fallout 3 (via TTW) will have had huge modding scenes with decades worth of mods released.

Well, starfield had a creation kit as far as I'm aware. So looks like they'll keep releasing the tools at least. I really think that starfield is such a bad game that naturally it doesn't have the biggest modding community.
But honestly if they ever release anything half decent again (big if) or with enough name recognition to make it worth the effort (TES 6), the community will come together and it will happen on nexus for free as it always happened. Modding is a netizen native effort for the most part, it's not done for profit.

It's far less appealing visually, but it can get greatly improved with NVReloaded (real time shadows are the biggest addition), LOD additions (really improve the exteriors), and mesh and texture replacers, along with a ton of animation mods.

American Krogan is an interesting guy. I used to be a big fan but towards the end of his "career" he started becoming more arrogant and unhinged. I remember him talking about how he would erase all video games if he could because they were a threat to the future of the White race. He also couldn't handle criticism of this mod project when people questioned him on why he was wasting years of his life creating a mod for a shit game no one plays.

When he retired he claimed he was going to keep everything up as an archive but then nuked it all shortly after. Then he started writing under the name Wilhem Ivorsson and did paywall interviews with Guide to Kulchur.

Here's my take. Jacked blacks with guns don't become a very powerful and dangerous force in the post apocalypse because they won't exist because all cities have been nuked.
Even if there are pockets of black population, they will devolve into street level crime. They will be the raiders. They will not be self-organizing, taking over abandoned infrastructure, restarting the electrical grid.
Tolerable blacks will join white communities, where they will probably be used as shock troops in exchange for protection and access to resources and white expertise.
White community will not be whites only, but a mix including jews and asians. Why? Because it's a fucking post apocalyptic scenario. If a Jew knows how to turn on the lights, you keep him. If a purple haired lesbo knows how to restart a factory, you keep her. The idea valuable people are shot on sight because of their ethnicity or politics is completely retarded. Shooting people on sight for stupid reasons is a good way of getting shot on sight by people more discerning than you.
