he's just a tourist. If you actually like the character, you would pull their weapon. Collecting every character, like some greedy hog who pesters their friends for the trimmings and the scraps of their disgusting fast food meals, and investing half-*ss into the character is just simply not how these games are designed to be played. If you enjoyed a characters design, or how their kit works, you would pull their weapon to achieve their intended gameplay. If you don't like a character enough to pull its weapon, you shouldn't be pulling it, as in gacha games there are dozens of characters, constantly being released, so you simply wait for the next one that you actually want
