This is wrong. It's just that drawing is very complex set of problems that you don't have to deal with on daily basis. You dont need to think about horizon or vanishing point, but above and below. You don't need to think about rotation, but only direction. And you dont need to think about the picture plane, but only vision. What artists suck at is they dont explain to you the preliminary axioms about illustration. Once you understand how flat, guided and firmly connected art is and how focused, mindful and dedicated you must be, you can start with lesson 1. That also can be learned, but without it, you can't do it. I drew this and i suck ass.
